Service Description

Our "First-Time Tuning or Pitch Raise" service is designed to get your piano back in shape and sounding its best. During this initial appointment, we thoroughly assess your piano and perform any necessary pitch adjustments, which are often required if it has been a few years since the last tuning. We'll also take care of quick fixes to make your instrument more playable and ensure it's perfectly in tune. These first visits typically take a bit more time as we get to know your piano, allowing us to tailor our care to its unique needs.
